Because of that i got a bad flash with my cyclowiz, i was thinking how i can fix this, now i thought this.
Maybe if you start the update dvd with the wabmodcheap you can update it again.
So when the dvd is started get your wab cabel out of your wii en solder your cyclowiz in.
If iam right you only need to start the update dvd and than you don't need a chip anymore (but maybe iam wrong).
And then follow the instructions on the dvd.
If iam right the chip will be flashed and work again (if its only a bad flash ofc).
So can somebody say if this possible or can it only work in a dream.
And can somebody say how i can make a cable for the wabmodcheap so i can try it.
When i tryed it i will say if it worked or not.

not sure I'm following you here, but how exactly are you going to solder the chip back in when the system is on with the update running ... did I miss something, please explain.

For you get started solder the wires for the cyclowiz on their place in your wii but not on the chip (take enough wire so that you don't have to solder in your wii if its running).
3 wires of the datacable for the wabmodcheap are on same place as the A, B and C wires of the cyclowiz so you can connect them together.
When you have started the dvd cut the datacable from the A, B and C wires.
Now solder the wires on your cyclowiz.
Now when the cyclowiz is attached to your wii you can go further from the step that you need to get the update dvd out of your wii or from the switch chek.
When the update has fineshed you can put your cyclowiz on the right place

Thew chip needs to be validated for the update to work, if the flash is bad it will not validate.
I understand your theory, but would not work as cyclowiz detection would fail thus not work.
If cyclowiz had no validation, anyone could clone the chip code immediately.
Maybe contact wher purchased form and say chip is dead and you want a RMA.
If yout theory was to work, then you would be best off leaving the cyclowiz fitted and add in the wires for wabcheap mod.
Then once the wab has injected the code the update would continue.
But as above I can't see it working.

assuming there is no validation issue, id think you could just solder some quick disconnects to wire ends and chip points and you could just swap the data cable to the modchip, plug and play style. This could also be a way to actually wire several different mod chips to one wii for testing purposes.

the cheapmod only loads the disk and disconnects. you could do the dongle mod or something like. don't have a Cwiz but maybe it only checks for switch?
could see what happens with my serial if you like ?
