Anyone successfully get fedback from resellers on WiiKey DOA exchange?

Just wondering of anyone has heard back from resellers regarding DOA WiiKey or defective chips exchange?

I have attempted to contact foundmy several times since Wednesday about a DOA wiikey . The wiikey site( since thursday last week ) stating to contact resellers for exchange of DOA or defective chips and have yet to hear back from them.

I'd hate to be a party pooper but these seemingly courteous return schemes have to be implimented from top down, ie the manufacturer has to have complete control of each webstore in which they don't.

The reseller gets annoyed because they paid good money for the stock, and in cases the manufacturer does not have a good system to acknowledge this.

The best you can do is keep pressuring the webstore and of course the maker of the product to act upon the matter.

I understand the whole process and delima's that arise.

But for a company ( wiikey ) to acknowledge a issue and not contact resellers about issue is pretty bad. At leats reseller website could note informed and we will or may process returns or deal direct with wiikey.

I have never had any issues with foundmy, but find that almost any stores that have sold the wiikey have not returned any emails regarding possible DOA units. These resellers usually state, verify install, chips, etc. 1st. But with no response it does not look good.

I know the stock is limited in 1st few batches to resellers and are basically sold out, but i do not with to sit back for a month to get a replacement either.

This return process is hurting the wiikey and reseller ratings.

I would just love to hear, we are aware and will be processing DOA units or please contact wiikey directly( which i have without a reply since friday )
