Good media for wii?

Hey guys,i just aquired a massive quantity of no name discs that are black and the dye is UME01,is anyone using dvds with this dye?are they good?

http://digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm says its 4th class media. But I've used Memorex with CMCMAG tags without any issues on wii. So it's usually a hit or miss with these things. To be sure, use yudens.

my experence with F grade media is that always burn them at the slowest speed but even then its unsure wether you wont get DRE's... thats just speaking after my experience with the cube

here is something else weird,i have some retaul plus dvd-rs,the dye is 02rg20
and my verbs dvd-r are 03rg20,the retail plus boot 1 out of 50 times and the verbs work perfect,weird:eek:

verbatim dvd-r 16x. I have been burning 16x and using it on Cyclowiz and Wiikey, no probelm.

Well,i got home and burned excite truck on the no name ume01 discs and to my suprise they work as good as verbs!:eek: but i dont want to use them because i love the verbs and know what to expect from them,these no names are strictly for my massive collection of pirated warez,games,movies,xbox games,gc games,pc games

i use the TDK 16x dvd-r's have worked perfect for me each and every time!!

I tested Verbatim DVD+R 16x speed with YUDEN003 dye - works perfect for Wii & GameCube. Also tested Verbatim DVD+R 16x speed with MCC 004 dye which are working flawless, too. However, I had no luck with Verbatim DVD-R with MCC 004 dye - my Wii just don´t like them.
Used a NEC burner 3520A latest firmware.
