View Full Version : Will the swith be removed in an update ?

to be honest i dont see why this mod as a switch, when i had the viper chip in my cube it updated straight from the dvd without the need of an on/off switch.

So i ask will it be possible for them to change it so updates can be done without the need of an on/off switch?

atm i dont have a switch installed and dont really want to open it up again :(

oh the chip i have is a 1st edition cyclowiz (YEY)

No. The update needs different current to the chip.

Not to be nitpicky, but it actually needs a different voltage to the chip. But your answer is correct, switch is 100% necessary for cyclowiz updates.
