Should also add for a JDM programmer as well (willem and jdm seem to be the most popular next to homebuilt). Also, should mention the verification error for wiifree. (on the jdm) (0000h). I like the soldering tips. I don't think that some of the soon-to-be modders realize the importance of honing your skill (if you haven't soldered / out of practice) before working on the wii (it is VERY tempermental and can be damaged VERY quickly). Anyhow, cheers and thanks for the tut....

VERY nice mate! i dont know anything about how to programme chips, when people used to say, buy a cheap programmer i thought they were talking about some guy who does it for you. This guide has put me on the right tracks, THANKS MATE!! Definitely frontpage material!

no worrys, i`ll add more stuff to it as i go a ong, for now, im only gonna stick stuff in it, that ive done myself if you know what i mean. but gonna cover much more with desoldering, soldering to the panasonic IC legs etc etc after damage tracks etc etc.

all takes time, will get a bit more done today...........................
