My PS2 HDD is Fragmented

I deleted a game off of my HDD today so that i could free up some room for another. But when I did all I have now is a fragmented HDD, is there any way I can De-Frag the PS2 HDD without deleting what I already have on it? I tried Using the windows De-Frag but It didn't recognize the HDD. Oh and if it helps, I deleted the game with the WinHIIP v1.6.6

Thanks, It turns out that all I needed to do was just sset my options to Reduce Fragmentation and then install a game and it would use the fragmented pars first for the install.
