Backup of original disc?

I'm a noob, so don't flame me if I don't know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, I was curious if the Qoob can create an ISO over it's USB connection to a PC. I haven't seen anyone mention this, but I think that would be an AWESOME feature. I don't have a BBA and don't really want to buy one ... so this is a make-or-break feature for me on a chip.

I'm not sure but it's doubtful, and the qoob "team" would have to release the software to do it. You are better off buying a BBA.

but that would be pretty bad-a$$ if someone would make a chip that eliminates the need for the BBA.

The need for the BBA will never be eliminated once ControlSim is released... which seems like it's just around the corner.

Yeah, you might as well give up now, because it's not going to happen. Just purchase a BBA. They are $35 or less, well worth the money.
