Is Dualscene.net the only place to get game saves?

I really need a Yoshi's Island 100% complete game save. But of course, this is the only game on dualscene.net without a save posted. Any other sites that have gamesaves for Yoshi's Island?

The saves on gamefaqs are in .duc format. I need a .dat save for my m3 lite. Is there a way to convert .duc saves into .dat?
