Quick 3.10 question

Hey, I'm new here, as you all know and I would be really grateful if someone could just answer a few questions.

I followed the guide on updating my psp to 3.03-OE-B which is all good and I have my compressed isos in pbp format running on my psp.

However 3.10-OE-A is out now and I'd like to update to it especially as I have read somewhere that PAL isos work properly on it too.

However I'm a little unsure about updating my psp from 3.03-OE-B.. do I just put the files onto the psp and update like normal then wipe my card? Or am I supposed to downgrade back down to 1.5 then come back up?

Also, in the readme for 3.10-OE-A it mentioned something about pops2 not working or something.. does that affect my already converted isos or am I just completely wrong about that..?

Actually, his question is about updating or downgrading his OE firmware, so it beling here. Sorry, I am not confident enough to answer, but I am attempting the update myself to see if it solves my POPSTATION issues. I will be using Popsloader and if I can come back with anything useful, I will.
