How do you play N64 on a Wii WITH a modchip?
Can anyone help me out?

No modchip will help you.
Purchase the N64 game you want through the Virtual Console.
Play using either Classic Controller or GameCube controller.
No other method at this point unless the GameCube emulator scene has N64 working.

It is actually possible to do this.
I read somewhere that you can patch the Ocarina of Time gamecube image to use any other N64 rom.
Alternatively you can just get the Ultra64 emulator for gamecube and burn it onto a disc with some roms.
Personally the first method sounds coolest to me!

BINGO!
Found the rom injector:

Enjoy!
Edit: It seems only a handful of n64 roms work with this injector (google "n64 injector") so you will probably be best off using an emulator. Try looking on http://modthatcube.pxn-os.com/

The only 64 games in VC is mario 64 & zelda. You can run both of them perpect with emulator on gamecube\wii.
But these games are almost the only games you can run. (some others, mario 64, kirby and maybe some others)
