Faulty Cyclowiz (picture inside)

OK, so i did install the cyclowiz.
I skipped all the optional wires since i didnt got it to work.

THe chip's led are PERM GREEN when the wii is "on". (no flashing)

Here is the install.
All points have been measure with multimeter.

Any tips or dead cyclo?

Sweet Jesus! That chip looks a right mess. I would not be surprised if that chip is dead by the looks of it.

Looks like some of those points on the chip itself could be bridged.

wow. yea that thing does not look good, im not soldering expert but it looks rather melted at the top, weird looking.

If it looked like that when you opened it you should have sent it back...it's dead...
