I recently bought a Action Replay DS and installed the software to my frightful delight that it was missing the NDS Link drivers. Thats right the CD didn't come with the required NDS Links drivers. So i have a working Action Replay DS that i can't update. If someone could please upload the NDS Link Drivers and post the link for me to download, it would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Hyper Rush Pong

Hey Everyone,
I got the Action Replay for DS today. It is the one that comes with the usb adapter. Anyhow, color me pissed cause the dang thing has no software. It is supposed to have Action Replay Code Manager disk. No disk. Clamshell, crappy takes 4 knives packaging and NO DISK. Do you have any idea if I can use another program with it, or do you know where I can download a copy of it???? Also I can not locate a driver for the device.
I have found several threads in this forum regarding this but all of the download links have expired. I so want to upgrade my firmware to the key input so I can use it!!!!!!!!!! (For one of the games I actually own)
My computer won't even read the dang thing. An hour and a half one way from my mountain top to the store!!!!!!!! So, more money than I paid for it in gas, and then the time! Grrrrrr. Did I mention it was snowing????
Help! Thanks!

K, end rant, Gomen. Anything I can do? I looked all over the code junkies site, but nada. I sent them an email, but that could be days before I hear anything and I SO want to use the thing...sniff...
EDIT: I found the AR program but I am still having trouble finding a driver! Ack. Thank you in advance for any help.

Haha, Only hours after I posted, I found someone who had AR and the CD! So I borrowed it, copyed an image and uploaded it for everyone!
The link is: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YNFCDNMI
I expect you guys to know how to use CD images, but since there's 4 year olds on this site screaming like a sissy because they don't understand how it
works, I'll post rules:
1. Download a CD image editor/virtual drive manager like PowerISO or Daemon Tools. Google it.
2. Install, restart and run the virtual drive manager.
By now, you should be able to mount the disc image by right clicking on it and looking around for things you didn't see before. If not, Don't fret! Mess with the drive manager to mount the image.
3. Wait for the thing to appear, it might be the "What would you like Windows to do with this CD?" window, the "Windows Explorer" window already showing the CD Contents, or the "Autorun" program.
4. After you've completely reinstalled the Code Manager, Plug in your DS( as in the AR cart to the computer)
5. The "Found New Hardware" balloon should pop up in the corner. This is a good thing so far. Click on it, and the window should appear.
6. select "Yes, this time only" Or yes, every time I add new hardware"(Not sure if that's what it says). either of those will work. the second one just opens the window every time you add hardware, so i don't click it.
7. Now, you should be looking for the drivers, tell windows to search and include the virtual CD drive you installed earlier.(IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CD STILL MOUNTED ON THE VIRTUAL DRIVE!!!!!)
8. It should find the drivers, and autoinstall them. You're done!
Now, you'll probably have the same problems as me. I can't get the code manager(The piece of **** that it is...) to edit my files...

Ok ok ok. I did the NDS Link Driver thing. -I think..deamon tool didn't find anything to mount on that Zip above. But I downloaded the 2nd link that had the "ndalink" system notepad and right-clicked and hit "install".- But still I get this stupid "Power Surge On Hub Port". It doesn't connect to the Code manager. and I have to "reset" my 2 USB ports? Idk. I've uninstalled the USB drivers then re-installed. Deleted all Action Replay related software and hardware. Restarted my computer. And took everything step by step. Still the Power Surge thing. Please...help. I wanna beat Proto-babil on Final Fantasy 4 and Chrono Trigger...please..

Well I think thats the whole point, to be able to add new codes!Because of this thing my AR wont even identify any of the games I already had on there and it won't allow me to use any codes that I already have on it no matter what game it is!I was really hopeing I would be able to use my AR, but now theres no use in it!
