Official Xbox Mag uses Mii's for Staffers

Who would've thought it eh? The official Xbox Magazine using Mii's instead of pictures for their staffers. Careful guys, keep on plugging Nintendo in your publication and sooner rather than later you will have nothing to write about ;).

Exactly! MS probably love the Wii because it steers competition from the PS3. I myself have the Wii60 combo. 399.99 for 360 plus 250.00 for wii. Hmm just a little over the price of 1 PS3. Now that's funny.

The point is it is a XBOX ONLY magazine. Although they may never "trashtalk" Nintendo (look they used Mii's) they are still a competition to them. They might steer away the PS3 sales a little but they are also gaining steady ground on the 360 as well.

What I think this really show is how much the Wii has made a HUGE impact on gamers. So much so that a Microsoft/XBOX magazine is using it's competitions stuff for their own use. You don't see Sony PS3 or MS XBOX stuff in Nintendo Power.

A couple weeks ago they had them as M&Ms, does that mean the website that can turn you into an M&M is revolutionary? It's mainly cause the writing team is just so laid back they joke around a lot. Note the Futurama joke. They use a lot of subtle jokes like that.

WTF is your malfucktion? Not a typo, what is with the certain outburst of rage? All I said was that it hasn't had a huge impact on the gaming world like you may think, I own a Wii and even I think it's just a gimmick that will die out in the next 5 months. It already has died in terms of sales, not like how the PS3 has bombed, but it's not "selling like hotcakes" like it was before. I'm sure you'll say that it's because they aren't available but I live in Illinois and have seen them at 2 Gamestops so that must not be the case. The reason it has talk all about it is the same reason Tickle Me Elmo had a bunch of talk about it. And no matter how YOU slice it, no magazine is anything only, apparently you don't realize that you can't just have 1 without another, No good without evil, no favorite without least favorite. In both OPM and OXM, they talk about the other consoles...so how is that being Xbox or Playstation only? :confused: You just contridicted yourself by saying that the M&Ms have been around for a long time and they are popular. You're right, but seeing as they've been around for a long time, and they're just NOW using the website such as that, indicates that it too is a fad. Why? Because it's popular but the website isn't making a big impact on the world, let alone the world of gaming or snack foods.

So in the end, are you some whacked out Nintendo fanboy or something? I never mentioned the 360 or PS3 ever be revolutionary either. But you did when saying that it has made a Huge impact on the gaming world. Which in reality, it hasn't. It's made just as much as any fad would. ;) Now for my recomendation, take some valium and cool the hell down.

PS. The control style had been used for years with the mouse on PC, not to mention it's mainly a suped up Lite-Gun. And also note, I'm a Nintendo fan but I am also a gamer and not just someone who looks at one company like they are Gods. Get over it.
