3.10-OE A help

:confused: i need to know if you can upgrade from SONY'S 3.03 to Dark Alex's 3.10-OE A

If not i need help finding a downgrader from 3.03 to 1.50

By the way i was retarded to ever upgrade my psp but i just started to get into homebrew emulators and hacks
