Viper vs Qoob (Could Someone Compare them for me?)

Hi Im new to the GC Scene

Im just wondering what differences there are and if i should just wait and get the Qoob chip instead of the Viper, and is there anywhere i can go(im a noob remember) that i can go and learn about all this stuff more.

i would wait for the light version of qoob if i were you. it'll do no-swap out of the box and will be cheaper then what viper is currently priced anyway

I'd wait for the qoob to come out just to see how it works. It looks VERY similar to the viper, and most likely any no swap that it can do will be handled by the bios, so if true, the viper will probably have it too. From what I can tell, the qoob will not be able to play 2 disc games since it has a lid sensor passthru, so if no swap is the only difference you may want a viper. If you can wait a week or 2 I would, if nothing else to see what the qoob really is.
