No... you can't run a GBA emulator on the DS because the DS isn't 6 or 7 times as powerful as the GBA...

Not true. You can run GBA roms on a slot 2 M3 or SC.

Yeah you can run ROMS on some slot-2 devices, but you're not running them through a downloadable emulator.
