I build a psp from 3 other psp's parts, so i took the motherboard from one, Wifi board from another.
Problem is that internet browsing works fine, but i cannot play adhoc multiplayer games, it always gives me error.
Is there some software tool to let make adhoc work again?

This isn't a definite answer, but based on my experience, I think you need wifi to come from the same PSP as the board.
I had a PSP repaired and it had that error and I was told that was the cause. They swapped it for another with a matching set.
Apparently you can get away with it sometimes (which is why they tried it).
Maybe it doesn't work when mixing parts from different models, TA-79, TA-81 etc.?

Hi
I had same problem. After finding the PSP Mac Address changer this was the solution. Seems that the motherboard marries the MAC, so it needs to be changed.
Using that tool I change the MAC to the one on the WIFI board and it solved the problem!
yay!
