I just recently received my Max Dive Pro,and I cant transfer any files to it from my PC. I installed the software and plugged in the memory card and it is supposed to automatically format it. I drag and drop files, but nothing happens! Anyone know whats going on here, maybe I am just being dumb... Also, when running MD Pro on my Gamecube my TV screen resolution is too big and I cant see everything,I am thinking maybe I was sent the UK version or something.. Datel doesnt have much in the way of support on their website and I know I am going to waste alot of time on the phone with them if I call. This is probably something simple I am overlooking!

Have you tried any other software for the file transfer [ like GC_Memory_Adapter_V21 ] ?
---DGP---
Open the Max-Drive-Pro Explorer!
drag the dol files from your desktop or ms-explorer and let it drop into the right window of the MDP-Explorer, you will be asked to convert the files into MD format, klick yes. thats it!!!

Hi,
I think I have the same issue : It seems Max Drive is only reconize the first time, and only if I lanuch app before plug it (like doc mention), but after, never.
I'm using Win 2000.

In Windows 2000,what you have to do is right click on the Maxdrive USB Drive under Device Manager,go to properties and click on update driver (while you have the Max Drive Pro software running) hit next, click on "show List of known drivers" and choose "USB Mass Storage Device" and then it will reinstall and then the Meter on the MD pro software will load and then your in business. This shouldnt have to work like that,I think Datel needs to put out a fix for this.

Oh,yeah,I forgot to mention..you have to do this everytime you plug your card in....its pretty f******* stupid if you ask me  I cant believe they havent posted a fix or anything on their website about this, appearantly it is their driver which is I think "gcreader.sys" or something like that.
