I saw some knid of adapter for the memcard slot where you can put in sd-ram cards like for digicams. I think the guy had a 512mb flashcard in it. So, where can I get one of these adapters ?

Will these memory adapters work with GCOS's boot from SD option, like I could put ctr-gcs and some homebrew stuff on an sd card and load it from GCOS? (I use a viper to load GCOS)
Yes, GCOS can load from SD cards, and the official Nintendo SD Adapter works perfectly if anything does. I've never tried SD booting from GCOS though.

I asked again in the GCOS thread because I thought it was more appropriatie, according to the answers I got GCOS is currently very limited in what it can do as far as loading code from an sd adapter, I think a maxdrive pro might be more what I'm looking for, you have to boot a loader disc but it lets you boot programs off it you send through USB.

since the sd adaptor can't be used to save games, maybe you can try out that usb 64mb memory card from lik-sang. it's 64mb, you can save games and dols on it, and transfer back and forth with a usb cable. I'm trying to find a used one in toronto for a cheap price, but I don't think I ever will. I do see a used 251 GC memory card for 9.99 canadian, is that good?
