Possible Guides for all PS1 games?

Before all of u get exited this is just an idea. The Document File that comes with the games from the ps3 carries the manual right? Is there any suggestions on how to be able to access the file. It would be awesome to scan our own manuals and put in a few pages to our oe-b games.

Thxs for the enlightenment I searched the threads for a post about this topic but i didnt seem to find it. The idea is clear, mainly because DAX is hard working im gonna try to decrypt it but dax will probably beat me to it.
