Hi,
Sorry if this been asked before, but what do I do with games with multiple CDs? Do I seperate them into different ISOs or merge (how?) them?
Does it support loading/transition of ISO(Disc1) to ISO(Disc2) like how the playstation would work? (eg. "Please insert disc2 to continue)
Many thanks.

only games that allow you to save before swapping CDs would work at this point. You simply swap out the EBOOT.PBP with the next disc and load the savedata. The other games that don't allow you to save (Chrono Cross I believe is one of them) will have to depend on Sony for an update for POPS.
OT: Man is it just me or has popstation started looking like poopstation to everyone? (no offense :p )

Nope, not me.
But the name popstation reminds me of that knock off psp from asia, which is actually called popstation, and it looks like a PSP, but is just one of those crappy LED based games.

I wonder.. if the 2nd cd would search for a savegame using the first cd's SCES etc code..? We'll have to wait and see :)

As long as both disc images have the same scus code they will use the same save file (virtual memory card) and will be able to see the save game.
When i had made a FF7 save, then loaded Chrono Cross and tried to save that, it showed the FF7 save in the form of "other game data". Had no problem saving and they exist within the same save data as different blocks on the 1 memory card. Like a real PS1.
So everything should work fine.

So then we should give each disc the same SCUS code (e.g. of the first disc) and not their original ones (every disc of for example FF7 has a different code)

No - every converted ISO gets the SCU key from hot shots 2. So you dont have to manipulate it by yourself. Only if the virtual Memory Card is full.

Erm u can call the folders anything u want, forget naming em as codes.
I just name mine like SilentHill, ParasiteEve, works fine :)

We aren't talking about the folder names, but the game code stored inside the eboot.
Because they're based on Hot Shots 2, all popstation converted games have the hot shots 2 code. You can change it by hex editing the eboot file.
The code determines the save data it uses. Multiple games can use the same save, because it acts as a virtual ps1 memory card, but if you change the code, you can have a seperate virtual mem card for each game.

Its a long shot and I can't really try it since I don't have 2 memory sticks but you could try copying disc 1 and disc 2 of a game onto their own indivdual memory sticks, ensuring that both folders are named exactly the same. Boot up disc 2, start a new game, and once the game asks for the second disc, swap memory cards, and see if it boots up the first disc.
Just a thought and something worth trying. I would have tried it with the cheat app for the PSP but unfortunately the usb option wasn't enabled so the only other way I could think of was the 2 memory sticks method.
