Hi everobyd!
First of all, i want to say that i'm usually speaking french, so i'll make some mistakes...

Then: I just upgraded to the fabulous 3.02 OE-B firmware from DA, and everything works perfectly... games, iso etc.
After about 10 minutes trying to understand the readme file, I finally succeed to convert my ISO to pbp using popstation.

But now, I have a problem: when I launch a game (I have tried Final fantasy 7, 8 and tony hawk's pro skater 2), the PSP shows me the "PSone" logo, and after that, a blackscreen. I can see "manual, controllers,...", the option of the emulator! but I can't play my games!

I'm sure that the ISO's are perfect, because i ripped them from my original CD...
All of them are PAL, but I don't think that's a problem...

I just wanted to know if I have to put more than 2 files in my /psp/games/*** folder. I have the eboot.pbp and the KEYS.bin... In the readme, I see "You need the game in order to get the data.psp and a few bits of data"... Okey, I have the game, but I don't see any data.psp...
How do i get it?

Thanks a lot, and I hope you have understood :)

Edit: I'm using UltraIso to get my ISO files.
edit2: The Hot shots golf 2 file I have downloaded works fine with the emulator...
I have also tried to convert my ISO from PAL to NTSC, but It doesn't seems to work...

Just tried with Alcohol 120% and it works great!

I'm playing FF7 PAL... I just saw some graphical glitches in the screen...

I have a last question: in Hot Shots 2 and in FF7 too, the screen of the game is really more little than the PSP screen... Is that normal?

thank you ^^

It´s because you have a PAL version. I think when Sony Europe offers PAL PSX games for PSP, we will be able to use their PBP to convert properly our own PAL games.

But the problem is the same with Hot Shot 2, wich is a NTSC version!

Is it set to Fit screen mode?
The resolution of PS1 games is lower than the PSP's screen resolution.
Press Home and go to video options/settings/whatever its called. You can set it to original, Fit, or Full screen. Fit is the best.

Some games still have small black bars on top and bottom (like FF7), but should be minimal if set to Fit.

I use Alcohol 120% and whatever it decides (iso, bin, img, mdf) they all work fine when making a pbp.
