Okay, let's say you have popstation in C:\popstation
Go to command prompt and type in :
cd C:\popstation
Then, type in :
popstation isoname.iso
Also, remember that the ISO can also be BIN or IMG.
Hope that helps :)
EDIT: If you're still having trouble, make sure there are NO spaces in your ISO's name.

C:\documents and settings\owner> is the folder that you are currently in (imagine you have a window open with the contents of that folder). So if that folder, say, contains a file called Quake.exe, if you type Quake.exe, the PC will execute C:\documents and settings\owner\Quake.exe-its the same as double clicking the .exe file to launch it.
"cd" is a command-it stands for "change directory"-so if you type "cd C:\" for example (without the quotes), the prompt will change to the root of your C drive (the files and folders you see when you double click on the C drive icon in My computer/Explorer.
Also, keying "dir" and hitting enter will list the contents of a folder that you are in, and keying "cd .." will move up a file in the hierachy (like clicking on the "up another level" button in My Computer/Explorer. A couple of handy commands you may need.
Understand?
EDIT - Nice work with the GUI btw danny_kay1710-very slick!

open notpad, and type this
popstation image.img
Save that as a .bat, meaning save it as Converter.bat or something similar
Find a psx game you want to play, rename the game to image. Put image into the popstation folder, then double click the .bat you just made. Done.
Edit
Do this or use the GUI....doesnt seems like you will figure out dos at this point.

Maybe Microsoft's tech supports can help us convert ISO to PBP.
