Sorry for starting a new thread but...

First off, thank you so much DA :)

Second, can someone please help me get Rage Racer running, please?
I tried ripping the CDDA folder from it, but then it won't start (my memory stick is 512MB...aka 467MB...)
Can someone please how to properly rip stuff from PSX isos please? (I really just need to rip the audio tracks...the game itself takes up like 128MB)

Depending on your flavor of OS there are plenty of free CDROM -> ISO tools that also provide you with file level access so that you can rip your PSone game and then modify the iso to only include the things you want. Although I wouldnt get your hopes up trying to remove parts of the games filesystem if you want it to still work on the PSP. Maybe if you dummy'ed the CDDA tracks you could save some space, but i don't know if the emulator on the PSP will like that.

EDIT:
Sorry, didn't really answer your question. If you're using Windows i'd try MagicISO, PowerISO or WinISO. You could also try the psp UMDgen - but that might treat the iso differently (its for actual psp games)

I tried Ridge Racer, I don't believe the audio tracks will work, they never worked for me even though the ISO was clearly over 400mb, when the game ridge racer is literally only a fraction because of the big Audio tracks, but they won't work anyway (something to do with the way the emulator works? or maybe the emulator expects it to be in WMA/MP3 along side the eboot possibly.. only time will tell).
