help with converting psx games plz

when i try to start popstation.exe i get "cygwin1.dll not found..." and then the application closes and i downloaded a game and it has a .sub file a .img and a .ccd how to a change them to iso.thanks

What i have no clue about is the hot shots 2 ? no idea what they mean with that or the keys.bin and then the eboot i have to rename to base.pbb... what eboot :O

DOCUMENT.DAT(from hotshots2 USA)
KEYS.BIN(from hotshots2 USA)
popstation.exe
readme.txt
thrillkill.bin (the game i want to convert)(its an ntsc game)

and when i double click on popstation.exe (im on windows xp) a commandline window flashes up for about 0.1 seconds then disapears, and nothing is created in the folder. what am i doing wrong :( :confused:

you cant run the program by double clicking it

you run it from the command line

I have same problem too

You have to run popstation through the commandline.
That means you have to open the command shell.
Do this by clicking start - run and type cmd.

Then navigate to the directory where popstation is located.
Once in that directory type: 'popstation Here_The_Name_of_your_rom_plus_extension' without quotes.
It will take several minutes and then your EBOOT is ready to be played on your psp.
