Does devhook emulate PSX games?

First of, congrats to Dark_Alex on his excellent accomplishment on the new firmware!:D :D :D

I was just thinking, im gonna buy a ps3 when they arrive in the UK in march, but does devhook at all emulate ps1 games that are presently out? i dont think ill upgrade to OEA, im not a big fan of flashing this psp lol

devhook doesn't even have the psone emulator, you must have played on a nother emulator..

i smell bull, DAX himself said dechook was crashing when trying to use the psx emulator in his 3.02 OE-A release thread

so why are there 5 'scene released' PSX games that actually work if the psx element is not working?

crash bandicoot
syphon filter
cool boarders
tekken 2

all are fully working via 3.02oe

the psx emulator can only be used with sony's firmware 3.0 and higher and with DarK_AleX's 3.02 OE-A custom firmware. correct me if im wrong but from what i know, none of the current devhooks have the psx emulator working.

Devhook CAN emulate PSX games with 3.02 BUT you have to activate protection in 3.02 for PSX emulation (somehow). I try it and i got that message.

Because these games are specially edited by Sony to play with its emulator.As time goes by hopefuly we will see more games

No.

1.5 is history. Upgrade to 3.02OE
If you follow the readme, or the guide by Birdman, you WON'T brick and there's NO risk at all. Plus you can downgrade to 1.5 anytime if you wish so (trust me, you won't)
