I made a video of the trouble I'm having. Sorry for the crappy video quality. Youtube also reduced the volume to near nothingness.

Can anyone tell from this video if this can be fixed easily (i.e. w/o opening up the system) or if I'm going to have to open 'er up? And if I have to open it, will it just be a matter of cleaning it out or fixing the spring, or will I have to replace the analog unit to regain normal motion? Also, I'm not sure if the Naki (? I think that's what it was) brand replacement analog stick thing is the culprit, but getting the old one off was incredibly hard, and then this one didn't fit right, and I think I may have screwed everything up. Thanks in advance.
