not spoon feed but we cna point ya in the right direction. 2 ways to copy...PSO game or vith the viper just get the loader program. the nyoull have to scteam them over the network.
dvdr...use the good stuff, i persnally like only mini as i like to keep to the orignal product as much as possible. but full side are easier yo get and cheaper. most stores carry them, Compusa makes there own mini's.
and last for the tools just hit up ebay...youll fin what ya need.

but still 1st post, asking nearly everything from fitting, sourcing, taking it apart...a bit of a lazy poster imo.
copy/backup games:
Using the viper modchip you can boot homebrew code easier than ever, simple run the riptool from the viper menu and you can stream GC discs from the GC via the Broadband adapter to your PC. Then you can simply burn this image in nero to make a GC game.
If you download the ISO's it's as simple as just burning the ISO (if it's a GCM just reanme it to .ISO)
I dont personally know the best site to get the chip from, there are several threads about this but if u need a place try www.devino.com
Gamebits can be made or brought from places like mod chip sites and ebay....look for gamecube or gamebit and u'll find one, they can be up to $20 each though, so a lot of people melt bic pens and then force it into a screw, once cooled you can twistit to remove the screw...some ppl don't like this and spend $20 :) when they are out simply swap for regular screws
DVDr is the issue most people have, in a nutshell everyone get's different reuslts, best bet is to go for full sized discs first with the lid off, if a few games play perfectly then go on to 8cm dvd-r. All good 8cm dvdr will have eithe ra Ritek G04 dye, although there are many other discs out there that work just as well...it's too much info to put in every thread that asks so you'll have to go and read up on it yourself.
i hope some of that helped...

i already got my gc modded. it froze twice, though saying "cannot read this disk" [in the middle of resident evil] i dont want to pay 10 bucks each. i know how to copy ps2 games and dvds, just not gc and xbox.

one minute you seem to wanna know everything about the viper and the next minute you just wanna know how to copy games?
There are enough threads on here and other sites about streaming games. Basically you need a Broadband adapter for the gamecube and a rip tool DOL on dvd-r. It's not worth typing up how to do it, use your own time and effort to go find it.

Here is a good place to get media from. Lots of people use this brand and have excelent results. I use the regular size of this media brand from my xbox games and movies
http://shop.store.yahoo.com/cdrdvdrmedia/ritek-mini-dvd-r-media-4x.html
at about $1 a piece for a mini disc thats pretty cheap

I too had this issue where RE4 disc 1 would DRE at a certain point in the game. I burned it again to a good quality Mini DVD-R disc, not a problem since. So try better media, like Ritek DVD-R minis. I hear they also go by Memorex or something. The ones I got are 5 Pack Memorex Mini DVD-R 4X 1.4gb.

if u want to learn about xbox the best place to go is
www.xbox-scene.com and the totorials section .
xbox and gc game copying are verry simeler but with xbox u need to have a modchip intalled to run a program to ftp.

I also was in a similar condition for a few days and that time i searched the forums upon which i found gamepro (http://software-deals.org/gamecopypro/game-copy-pro-your-answer-to-copying-and-backing-up-your-video-games/) which really made my work easy. Its a good thing to copy your games without the fear of any files being missed or being corrupted.I think that you would find this handy.
