High Resolution Gamecube Covers

Im sure your all in the same boat as I am.
Finding "replacement" covers for your games, which arent low quality custom made CDcovers.cc crap!
Thats why I've posted here to find out if anyone is willing to start a Forum with good bandwidth and Space, with 3 sections or more, PAL covers, NTSC covers and Cover Requests. Registered Users can upload their authentic 200dpi-250dpi (3000 x 2000 approx) covers zipped. That should be around 2MB in size, hell, its better than CDcovers.cc right? and everyone can benefit from it, aslong as everyone uploads aswell.

What do you think? The idea is good. and it's useful, we just need a host for it. Any offers? If not, then it can always be done via swap on AIM or MSN via request in a topic here.

interesting....well id be willing to contribute some covers...i have about 400 game dvd covers all 300dpi on my server.
currentally 111 gamecube covers....


also know somewhere where it it cna be hosted for pretty cheap....but need someone to run it / design it

i can design it no problem.. what covers you got? I have 60 gamecube games so thats potentially 60 PAL covers to upload on request!

well then all we need is soem cash and were all set. i can get 1gb server space 50gb month bandwith, unlimited extras (subdomains, emails, ftps, msquls....) and a domain for $50/year from a hosting company with well, less hassles

can start by paying monthly for like $6 plus $8 domain.....

Well, I wouldnt bother with domain, save your cash and just go with subdomain. the site will probably die within weeks, but a lot of people need covers. so you never know. Im surprised no1 has done this yet.
There should be 5 Forums on the board
General
Requests
PAL Covers
NTSC Covers
Custom Covers

I included Custom covers so IF no1 has the artwork, settle for 2nd best Custom.
General just to keep the forums alive.
Obviously, Requests to request covers.
PAL covers and NTSC covers on high resolution.

Moderators will prune the covers checking their resolution and in theyre genuine. If theyre not theyre deleted.

www.consolecovers.com they have all kinds of covers. You have to join to be able to view them but its worth it and free. However cant say what the resolution is but they look good from what i can tell
