Burger King stores across the country are reporting high demand and limited supply of the three X-Box / X-Box 360 games recently released at participating locations.
* Burger King will be selling three Xbox and Xbox 360 compatible games (featuring the creepy King himself and the "Subservient Chicken"): “Pocketbike Racer,” “Big Bumpin’” and “Sneak King” for $3.99 each starting November 19.
* Burger King will be selling Xbox 360 games for $3.99 with purchase of a Burger King Value Meal.
* A total of three games are slated for release over the five-week period. Each DVD will include one game in Xbox and Xbox 360 format.
* Burger King and Microsoft estimate that the Xbox 360 will have 22.1 million consoles in US households by Holiday season 2006. That number's important, because this deal is about driving foot traffic to Burger King locations and about generating excitement and buzz for the Xbox 360.
* Of the $3.99 recommended retail price, Burger King franchisees will keep $1.00 if they manage to sell a total of nearly 7 million DVDs across all restaurants.
* Each store that signs on for the promotion is expected to sell 180 DVDs per week for the duration of the five-week promotion.

No surprise, I got them and they're actually pretty fun at times. Especially Pocketbike Racers.

Scorpion3, I agree with you. As I have two of the three games so far. Sneak King and Pocketbike Racer but planning on getting the third soon. Maybe tomorrow during lunch break if I'm lucky.
Was planning on playing em, but alas my 360 console started the dreaded 3 red rings of death. Almost as bad as the blue screen of death on win98. LOL. As I have already contacted MS support and they will be sending out the wonderful box for shipping back to India it sounded like. (Thankyou very much-please come again).

lol. Gotta love Outsourcing. Sorry to say, but the 2 you have now are the only good ones. The other is kind of fun, but it has horrible controls and I thought it was excessively difficult.

Ouch, sorry to hear about the death of your console. Not to start another debate but almost all of my friends have had this problem . It's nice that MS does a decent job with the repairs. So, they are paying the shipping again? When I sent mine they had stopped sending out prepaid coffins. Good Luck and I'll race you when you get it back :D

So, are the region locked? I was going to pick them up off ebay, but none of the auction states anything about region......

yup, they sure are region locked, not working on my pal 360, but money was not totally wasted, they work on my chipped original xbox
Interesting point though is the copyright info on the games, it does state one for inside US and one for elsewhere, could be covering canada or could mean that other countries may get them at some point. Personally I would buy a set of them if they came out in the UK and hope they do some more along the same lines, Sneak King is not a bad game and could pass as almost a £20 game

Sneak King has a pretty bad camera system but you can't expect too much for a couple of bucks. I played it for awhile. Pocketbike Racer is the one to get.

RE: The dreaded 3 red rings of death.
I did the towel trick to my 360 and it came back from the dead. Will have to see for how long it keeps working. I'm gonna have to call MS tomorrow and see how far along they are with sending me out the coffin and tell them to save it.
I'm gonna test the 360 out with GoW which should really be a great test of pushing the you know what out of the system. So far it plays dvd movies just fine and I'm about to upwrap and load up one of the BK games.

The Subservient Chicken is the best!

Yeah I might grab a game or two if I actually liked Burger King food. I think all their burgers taste like their grill: nasty. And if I eat a burger from bk, I taste that grill everytime I burp for the remainder of the day. So I guess I'll pass on this one.

You don't even like their breakfast? Salads? Chicken Fries/tenders? Their grills are electric and the burgers taste like **** if you ask me.
