Hello,
I have been reading through all the posts in here and it is all great. However I am trying to softmod my xbox and I have managed to transfer the crazy linux gamesave to a memory card in the controller, but when I hook up the card to my other controller with the gamesave and I access the card it does not give me an option to copy, just erase,,,any ideas?

Hmm... do you use action replay?
- try another controller
- format the memcard by ms-dash & try again

1 if ur used the saves off the action replay program thats a bad thing cuz ppl r really messed up ad want to **** up ur xbox
2 here is a site to help u figure it out http://www.how2xbox.com there it tell u how to connect to xbins (on the top menu it says xbox move ur mouse over it and go into easy then go to xbins once u connect to xbins go to xbox, and search for a folder called distributions or linux i forget which one comes first but its there and if u dont hav splinter cell 1, mechassault, or 007 agent under fire (non platinum hits) then go get it cuz thats how u soft mod ur xbox

Make sure you're not selecting the main icon when copying, and that you're on one save instead of the whole group.

When your in the list of saves on the card, simply press right on the D-Pad, and then copy an individual file. Lol.
