Swap Magic 3.2

I was wondering if that Swap Magic disc works without buying a fliptop cover, if anyone knows please tell me. If anyone out their that has used it and successfully got games to work please reply. Just tell me if i need a flip top cover or not. I have a version 4 ps2 with a old modchip in it that only supports cd-r rips just wondering if swap magic will be the answer to an easy way of playing dvd-r rips. The primary intended purpose of this Flip Top Cover is to avoid using the front loading tray, because it will burn out the motor that opens the tray.

I would actually avoid this alltogether - and purchase a new modchip with installation. DMS4 / Crystal-Chip / G2 are all a new wave of mods coming out shortly..

Yea but that means i have to take out my old modchip which might cause some problems

It won't cause problems for a professional - you can send them your ps2 and what you want installed and they'll do it for you for a charge.

Take a look at some stores in your country :D

hmmm yeah i could do that but whats some good sites that would do that? I wonder how much it would cost for me to get all that done
