I have a problem. I used the easy phoenix install on my box ,which is great, but my dashboard does't load! At first, since I'm new to this, I thought that it was the clock reset thing, but it still boots my burned games. what happens is this: xbox loading screen comes up, the a short while later, it says microsoft under it. then, phoenix kicks in, it fades into the phoenix image, then it fades out. After that, you can see the green background of the original xbox dashboard, but then it stops and than it starts all over again, right from the beginning. Even though I can play burned games on the box, The main purpose I did this is to run apps on the box,so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah, and BTW, I can execute evoxdash.xbe from flashfxp and it runs fine, but the bad thing about it is that I have to execute the comand from flashfxp every time I want to run evox from the xbox without the gamesave exploit. Which means, I have to insert 007, run evox, run back across the house to my computer, run flashfxp, execute evoxdash.xbe, go back to the box, and than run whatever app it is that I'm running.

or flash your TSOP
then you can revert your MSDash to normal, (so it will work)
and depending WHAT bios you flash on, most boot EvoXDash.xbe THEN xboxdash.xbe anyways
i wouldnt RELY on those Exploits alone, they just dont SEEM stable enough for my liking, sorry
but imo - NO MSDash is a bad thing, if you got no MSDash, you cant set the clock, what means eventually you will prob run into the reset loops problem
also please explain what you meant here :-

thank you for your reply, ganja, but i fixed my problem about a week ago. for some reason, the bios was looking for evoxdash.xbe on the e drive instead of a c drive. i do have msdash, but apparently it hasnt been modified yet so the bios couldn't boot it.
what I meant on the flsh fxp thing is this: you can run apps on the xbox from the computer. just type, in raw command, in flash fxp " execute c:evoxdash.xbe" or whatever it is that you want to run. the app that you just executed will show up in the tv screen:cool:
