The IRC portion of it works GREAT!
Tested it with Macca over at PSPU and when he ran the version check it reported back as "DSOrganize IRC 2.2 by DragonMinded".
Supports PMs as well as multiple channels which you can select either with the stylus or hitting the L/R buttons. Even shows the server console.
Although the next version should support auto-joining of pre-determined channels and full NickServ auto-login support.
With those two features added it would be near-perfect.

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could give me a brief idea of what this does, and how you install/run in on your DS, i have an M3 adapter would it run through that?

Not sure about the M3 but for my Supercard mini-SD I just dragged and dropped the .NDS file on it and ran it.
For what it is and what it does, see here (http://www.dragonminded.com/?loc=ndsdev/DSOrganize%20Features).
Now add to those features an IRC client and you'll know what it is.

It sounds good but I can't seem to get it to work on my M3 Perfect mini. I have the latest firmware, I've tried both ways to start it, A and Start, and I even tried Pepsiman's M3 Powerloader, but it locks up to a black screen every time.

I'm using the passcard 3 that came with it. I've tried loading it each way, tried loading it from moonshell, nothing. Maybe this new version will work.

It's ok, a lot slower to input the info, but it works every time!

I just downloaded this last night and tried it out sucessfully on my M3 regular SD with Flashme v7 and a Kingston 1gig SD card.
Here's what I did:
Copy DSOrganize.ds.gba to the root of your card (not sure if it has to be root) and rename it DSOrganize.nds.
Copy the NDSOrganize directory from the zip to the root of your card
run DSOrganize from your M3 and it should work
I really like the picture viewer. so much better than moonshell. I wish it did e-mail, maybe NDSmail could be mereged with it at a later date. Hope that works for you though.
nope :( nothin, i just always get this black screen, nothin more
btw, why didn't you use original DSOrganize.nds? Why renaming the .ds.gba?

hmm bummer. As for why I rename that file. check out this link. (http://www.dragonminded.com/?loc=ndsdev/DSOrganize%20FAQ) I cannot get the .nds to work but if I run or rename the .ds.gba it will. Seems to be a M3SD kinda thing. Maybe try the SC version. I know for NDSmail at least that the SC version runs as well.
hope that helps
yeah i red that like a 1000 times, should be simple, and it seems to be, but not in my case.
i also tried all 3 files to run both ways(with A and with START), sometimes it freezes on the "loading... " screen, sometimes goes a bit further and hangs with 2 black screens.
it's f''''''ing mystery:(

I wish M3 would get on the ball. Their server has been down for days. It's got a great PDA built into the software, now if it was only in english!
I'll stick with the GBA one for a while longer I guess.

Are you using a M3SD-mini as well? I can't provide you with any other ideas but it seem there is an issue with the SDmini.

start it with MoonShell, it will work that way. But I can't figure out how to start it that way. I wish people would spend a little more time on docs.
What they have for DSOrganize is a joke. Same with Moonshell.
Any Ideas?

interesting. I have heard you can launch stuff with organizer but I can't get anything to launch with it. I will try the moonshell trick with other apps and see how it goes.

When I created my folders I only had one folder named NDSSave. I created another folder now NDS Games and still have NDSSAve. I don't know if they's why it's working.
I also uninstalled everything, re-installed with the new beta. But I'm using DSOrganize.sc.nds instead of DSOrganize.ds.gba. (I have an M3 minicard).
And it works, can save all my info and load it back up.

You have to run it through the moonshell patcher program first.
