Wii Will Sell 6M Units & 17M Games By March 2007

According to German website Gamefront, Nintendo have predicted that they will sell 6 million Wii consoles and 17 million Wii games by March 2007.

But it is interesting that Nintendo and Sony are predicting the same amount of consoles sold in the same amount of time.

sony will be lucky to have even made that many consoles available in that time period.especially if there production woes continue.

PS3 will bomb. Everybody I know will not buy one until the price goes down a lot. Instead they will grab a Wii. My guess is Wii will outsell PS3 by at least twice as many units. Maybe more.

well sony and nintendo both say that by march i believe they will have sold 6 million units. i am confident nintendo can easily manufacture that many. ps3 on the other hand i think will have a hard time even making that many available, especially after all the cell yield problems and what not. it will be interesting to see what fans and the world do if nintendo jumps ahead and is outselling both next gen consoles.

That will happen when hell freezes over. The 360 will own everything when Halo 3 comes out. The Wii is just a gimmick and the PS3 is for the super ritch who don't even have time to play it because their too busy making money.

I predict Microsoft slowly will leave the market, how is that then? :cool:
If they can't inject 360 on japan, making the Japs eat "halo and FPS friends" and "GTA" ( I can guess why they won't like ), they won't do as they did with Windows on PC :D " I just state facts."
