error 21 just after either savegame exploit

Brand new unmodded xbox suspected v1.2 or 1.3) .Goes to error 21 after a quick flicker when saved games exploits are chosen.

exploit carried out as per tutorials , from a modded xbox and a memory card.

Please any help would be very appreciated.

note: I am a fairly experienced modded xbox user but for this one,after many hours of search....

you sure signed the xbe ?

Ok Now you got me......

Using flash ftp, I installed the downloaded files for the exploit (ex.mechassault with evox) in udata of my modded xbox so to create a unique save game. At this point, if I load the save game in my modded xbox every things is working fine and I end up in a new dashboard.
Using MS dashboard and a xbox memory unit I transfer the same save game in my unmodded xbox and try again but with the result posted.
Sorry but I may be missing something about that signed .xbe .
Is it the xbe in the evox of the save game?
How do I sign it or where can I find the info'S
