This release brings a significant speed increase to the majority of games, this is due to a complete rewrite of the EE and VU recompilers. Various other improvements have increased compatibility with games, you will be able to check your game against the included compatibility list, which lists nearly 1000 titles (Please note at time of release list is not guaranteed 100% accurate).
Whilst the new recompilers are a major improvement, the recompilers are not 100% accurate at present, this may result in a number of broken games.
A further release will be created in the future enhancing upon the overall compatibility of the new recompilers. This is part of a new release schedule where we plan to be releasing more frequently; however, do not make requests for releases or ask when such a release will be produced.

What game is that on the picture?
Looks exactly like inside of the Police Station in Resident Evil 2 for the PSX.. But with PS2-graphics.
And as far as I know, RE2 does not exist for the PS2, so.. What game is that?

Its most likely the Emu that cant run the game your using, check the official website for its supported games.
Also the emu cant actually run the games at a playable speed, even if your pc is fast.

before you run the game, make sure youve configured your pad in the options.
also most games load but when you select example ok for autosave/screen setting the game usually goes to a movie or something which the emulator takes time to load.
its a long way for this emu to actually be classed as a ps2 emulator like most other emu's that can play games.

Also remember that PCSX2 will require a BIOS dump from a real PS2 to work. I dumped the BIOS from my old 30K1 PS2 and it works fine with PCSX2. You'll have to find/dump your own BIOS.

COD3 has this compatibility rating:
Intro
The game will show 2D logos, or video, but will not get into menus. This could be one screen, or 20, but won't show much.

You need to see the Number of posts hes made, i assume hes also asked the same on the PCSX2 forum but got ignored.
Foot Note to the kid.
This Emu WILL not play PS2 games like a PS2 console, it can run few games but no where near playable speeds, I know ive tested over 100 PS2 games.

Is it possible to Run this on a computer without a graphics card ( I know its not but still) . I don't have one and they are not cheap.

To run PS2 emulation with SOFTWARE rendered graphics would require a CPU at least four times the price of a decent video card.
Go get a cheap nVidia 7600GT. They're CHEAP and FAST. If you can't afford a 7600GT, you could try the 7200. It's REALLY CHEAP, and still fairly powerful (good enough for emulators for certain).

It's not even possible to run a computer without a "graphics card" as you put it.

I believe he meant without a modern 3D accelerated card. However, many OSes can run without any graphics card at all. Many servers don't have any video. You control the computer and monitor its operation remotely via networking. Most mainframes are that way.
