i have access to an xbox with PBL already install.
i backup the entire hdd to my computer.

i use AlcoholFuelled tutorial to be able to ftp to the unmodded xbox.
i backup the entire hdd to my computer then deleted everything on the unmodded xbox.

i then transfer all the files from the xbox with PBL to the unmodded xbox.

everything works fine.

1 problem. i don't know wat folder is my saved games and music is from my unmodded xbox so i can transfer it over also.

Q - I'm using HDD Driver and I cant see any drive letters, what's wrong?
A - Nothing is wrong. HDD Driver just lables the drives differently. C=System and E=User Save. There are also other drives labelled Game Cache but they are not used (for the Phoenix Loader anyway).

yep. got it. thanx alot.

actually it didn't work. i went in E: delete udata and tdata folder and ftp the original tdata and udata on the xbox.
reboot. saw the phoenix logo then black screen.
