Gamesaves, thats about it. Demos are signed, as well as updates and addons, gamerpics are stored on ms's servers so no one else will see them but you may be able to do it with your private pic.

It would not be advisable to transfer, host, swap or upload any marketplace content as you would not be the legal owner of the item, you are only paying for the priveledge to use it, it would be looked on as piracy.
