I need the original DOAX .xbe!

My friend sent me a backup of DOAX, but it's the Nude Hacked game, My sister wants the game, so I need the original XBE to put on the disc as Default.xbe and rename the hacked XBE. Only problem is I don't know where to get it without doing something illegal, so if there is anyone that has it, could you please send me it on here, or to my E-Mail, or somehow? Or maybe one of you knows a link to a download of the original XBE. It doesn't matter to me, but I really need it, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out.

Oh, oops. But since when is an XBE, let alone nothing BUT the XBE, illegal to own? Wouldn't it be the same as a ROM, as in it's not illegal if you own the game itself.

But I googled it, and can't find it anywhere.
