I installed my qoob pro and everything video comes up well...I see the screen where I can install my bios and what not.

But the game I had in the drive (real game). Did not read...Is this because the bios is not yet installed...?

Also there is a weird audio sound (like a buzz) coming through the TV....anyone ever heard of this happening?

Also...The instuctions I was following ended at this step of the installation...what is next?

Any help will be great appreciated...

I think you have got a short on one of the BIOS pins. (Wires going to the MX Chip)

This is a pro chip though....not a MX...so you just mean you think they are touching and causing distortion? Do you think it could be if they are touching the heat sink or something like that? Let me know

I would sugest having a look athe bios chip connectors { purple and yellow} and the ground wire { black} also insulate the bios with electrical tape to prevent shorting with the heat sink. It is very easy to brige the bios so use a magnifing glass to check it out.

Try holding X while you're booting up a retail game. If the original BIOS does not load, then you have a short somewhere. Check my sig for post QP/QS installs.

...but before you even do that, make sure that the QP BIOS is installed on the chip itself. There are some chips that are sent out without a BIOS preinstalled on it. I'd recommend flashing both the Qoob 1.3c and GCOS or GCOM BIOSes to the QP.
