Wrong news.

Transferring xbox1 gamesaves on the Xbox 360 has been done ever since the release of Xplorer360 begin this year. It was all over the news back then.

You don't need all this expensive datel stuff at all.

What is going on with this site??

I understand the need to make money, but stop pushing lies about Datels seriously OVERPRICED accessories.

First of all, transferring Xbox 1 saves to the 360 requires NO SPECIALIZED accessories.

You just need a PC that has a sata port and to power the Hard drive. I did this MONTHS ago. Why are you guys reporting this false information.

Here is the only reasons i can think of;

1) You guys are WAY out of the loop and ACTUALLY believe this is the first way to do this.

2) You had DATEL write this news post up for you and you posted it blindly.

3) You guys are selling out like crazy in front of our eyes to DATEL as well as others.

4) Both 2 and 3.

Please start posting correct information, research what you are saying as well as the product, be unbiased in your reviews and go back to being a reputable gaming resource!

All they are doing is reporting information. They post good news, bad news, rumors, etc. They are not being paid to report crap like this (pure propaganda) they are just passing on info that was given to them. You really take this kind of **** too seriously.

Oh cmon, I dont believe for a second that you are that ignorant. Maybe you just havent thought about it clearly or you only check 1 website and have a mindless devotion to it. This is the same site that posted about the cheap PCB's with SATA power for the X360 Hard drives as well as the 360 xplorer program that had tutorials for doing just this, transferrig xbox 1 save files to the 360. It was some of the bigger x360 news at the time.

Here is the bottom line;

They knew about this is my point, and the fact is, they posted this sentence; "What was thought not possible has now been achieved through the Datel Xsata (info) - " and if you dont see the shameless pushing of a product you are blind. That sentence is not true.

Its not simply a matter of taking things too seriously. Its not like this whole thing is simply a debate about the sata adapter and im up in arms about the 100% accuracy about the adapter. Its part of a larger issue.

People do come to websites for information, especially in the homebrew console scene. On the internet there is as much MISinformation as there is factual data. The problem is a lot of sites have problems; Behind the times, report old news, too biased in their news, false news, or irrelevant news.

Maxconsole has always strived to be current and accurate. You will see when they post a rumour, they are VERY clear about saying "RUMOUR: Take this as such" They do that to keep up their solid reputation. So you see, when they keep posting tons of DATEL products as news (which is okay if they products are fun, neat, revolutionary, or address a much need convienence) and then suddenly couple that with a false statement...A false statement mind you, that promotes DATEL'S XSATA as being the ONLY product out that will let you do something that users want. When in truth, anyone with a pc with sata ports can do for free.

I hope you see the difference.
