Different of Phoenix Loader Vs X2_4977?

First of all, thanks for a wonderful turioral of Phoenix loader. It's really helpful, cuz, it show the Action Replay and HDD file swap too..

After i read it and i have couple question in my mind.
What's different between the Phoenix Loader and X2_4977 of TSOP flash?

I plan to run backup game sefl boot from DVD rom and HD, can this Phoenix loader can work both?

Also, on the turioral of loading files in Action Replay, Why much be create a zip file before i can load those 007 save file in Action Replay?

In the HD file swap turioral, Why can't be just connect the unmodded xbox's HD to pc instead Bootup the xbox with HD in then connect xbox HD to PC later on?

Oh... Don't i have to Unlock the xbox HD before connect to PC?

Can you one here clear up the question need plz? I want to connect xbox HD to PC, but dunno why i need to boot up the xbox HD from xbox first instead from PC?

Because your PC can't unlock the drive

when the xbox tries to access to the hd it unlocks it. now you have to "swap" your hd to the pc to access the unlocked drive.

the pc CAN unlock the hd (there's a ms-dos program to do this), but you need the key.
