Changing PSP bootscreen

I've seen a video of this guy booting up a homebrew program and the white PSP screen was all black and red and it looked so awesome but how do you change the bootscreen like that?

In fact that video was posted here. The guy who controls the X-Box 360 with his PSP.

you can use this program called xflash to change gameboot.pmf.

I think the gameboot your looking for is from the prince of persia game, i cant post that here but i know it can be found online or in the prince of persia game.
