Team Xecuter: Buy the Core Packs in UK!

Team Xecuter say they got a call from one of the retailers in the UK which relayed information to them that the core bundles they purchased today came with the Toshiba drives and all the premium packs came with the Hitachi drive. So if you're looking to conduct <A href="http://www.maxconsole.net/?mode=news&newsid=7201" target="_blank">Commodore4eva's Xtreme firmware for TS-H943 Xbox 360 Hack</a>, then you should pick yourself out a core bundle if you're in the UK - but there are no guarantees as to what drive you'll get!


We hjust got a call from one of our customers in the UK. He tells me that all the CORE packs he bought today had the Toshiba DVD Drives and all the Premium packs he bought had the Hitachi DVD Drives. So our recommendation if you are looking to get a Toshiba drive is to get a new core pack.

well , it seems the hitachi drive will not be hacked , if executer bought core systems like there was no tomorow i belive they already know something bad about the hitachi Drives ... NICE !! I HAVE AN HITACHI DRIVE :rolleyes:

I also got the hitachi one, my neighbour was friendly enough to let me hack his Xbox 360, but believe me... between now and 2 months there will be a hack for the hitachi one. The Specialist didn't hack the Toshiba-Samsung one ... he did the Hitachi one

Been and bought a core today from Argos hoping to drop on with TS drive. Ended up with a FUCKING Hitachi. Manufacture date : 20-02-2006.

Also got a premium with Hitachi, manufacture date : 19-10-2005.

Gonna take take it outside the local school tomorrow and smash it up in front of the high school kids. LOL

Just kidding, gonna take it back and say it doesn't work and try may luck again. If not just sell it at a loss. Its only money. The ironic thing is though i could have bought 4 new 360 games. Ya gotta laugh.

To follow up - i changed it today and DID get a Toshiba/Samsung drive this time. The manufacture date is 04-02-2006.
