Just yesterday we broke the news to you that commodore4eva released Xtreme firmware for TS-H943 Xbox 360 which is hacked firmware capable of booting Xbox 360 game back-ups. A number of people confirmed it working but now Team Xecuter, renowned for their Xecuter series of Xbox mod chips have updated their website and confirm it working. They again add a reminder to try it at your own risk, your warranty will become void and it's very easy to screw your Xbox 360 by trying to use this hack, likewise they reinforce that Microsoft will be sure to find a quick way to detect this modified firmware and kick you off Xbox Live.

Kudos to Commodore4Eva for releasing the first firmware hack for the Xbox 360. This is confimred working by Team Xecuter !

The modified DVD firmware is for the Toshiba-Samsung H943 Xbox 360 DVD drive. Just like Commodore4Eva's modified Xbox1 FW, it will need raw/unmodified dumps (IMPORTANT NOTE: of same region as your console if game is region locked), some patching (security sector on ISO and DVD drive key on firmware), DVD+DL (yes dual layer) recordable discs and a DVD burner that allows to put DVD+R DL booktype to DVDRom to work. This release comes with tools to make this all as easy as possible. Also included is a 2nd firmware that will allow you to extract the security sector (what you have to patch on the raw ISO) from an original disc with your TS-H943 drive connected to a PC.
Of course ... try all this at own risk. Your warranty will be broken, it's certainly possible to break your Xbox 360 if you don't know what you are doing. Chances are also high MS will very fast find a method to detect this firmware via LIVE.

There you are. Listen to the professionals, they know best.:)

Lots of people have been saying they dont like xbox live yada yada yada. But thats not the point, sompe people do some people dont. Its just good for the people that do to have this information, instead of finding themselves in a position where they will want to buy a new 360 to be able to play live again.

Also to the people that seem to think people are "complaining" it is not easier to implement. I dont think they are really complaining, they just want to know if they will be able to do it themselves. As you can see even teamexecuter themselves think that there is a very real possibilty that you could break your Xbox 360 if you don't know what you are doing. Im sure most people are very grateful that there are people out there making our handhelds and games consoles have more functionality giving us more enjoyment, and appreciate the hard work people put in. Well me for one anyway.

Some how my pc is not detecting my 360's TS-H943 Samsung Drive. Could some one help me on this one and how long does it take to read the firmware and write it? My bios are: Biostar Motherboard: M7NCD Pro Nivida Nforce2. I'm using mtkflash183c

Does that mean that they have a full Modchip working as of now or is it just a chip for FW?
