Finished New Super Mario Bros today

Been playing since evening of May 10th. Great game, lotsa replay value, funny moments, great level design. You can play as Luigi using code given as subtle wallpaper after beating the game. Included photos for you guys/gals.

thanks for the info, cant wait till i buy a ds lite when it comes out in canada...just to play this game...and probably as an excuse to go back to my roots..nintendo..:D

btw, i had a question..when using luigi..is it sorta just like a "costume" for mario? or is it really luigi? like voice grunts and what ever...and what about that funny jump he does when he looks like he is walking in the air...

It's really Luigi. New voice overs, different animations, and seems to be able to jump a little higher/further. He doesn't have the "walking on air" animation like in SMB 2.

To get Luigi, hold down L+R then use A to select a new game.

Mario Brothers defined a moment in gaming-- a game that was as fun if not more fun to beat multiple times in multiple ways, than it was to beat the first time and way. I'm really looking forward to this one.

a speed run for this game is too easy. i've beaten this game 2 days into it and the past few weeks i've been playing this game at least 2 hours a day figuring out nasty tricks and system manipulation.

i've already figured out how to get infinite 1ups on a few levels and enemy hit boxes are way too easy.
