I've been reading the forums for a long time and I'd like to say thanks for all the advice you've given others. It's good to see people haven't given up on the orig Xbox :D

I was just wondering if anyone knows a fix for DVD2XBOX that will allow me to get games onto my hard drive. I'm running version 0.7.5 on an Xecuter2 5035 bios with EvoX 3935 Dashboard. Usually I don't have problems with my backups but I can't get NBA Ballers: Phenom or Fight Night Round 3 to work. I tried TSR to disabled and also turned off IGR just to be sure.

Is it an EA thing? I'd try putting the game onto a DVD-R but my Thompson drive gives me a lot of trouble with burnt discs. Any advice? Thanks!

Unfortunatley I don't have THE answer for you, but merely a suggestion. I have been able to back up my original Fight Night Round 3 disc to my HDD and a DVD-R and play them successfully from both. Have you tried booting from a different dashboard? (Unleash X, UIX, Avalaunch and so-on) If not give it a try, it may work.

I think I have the answer :D

Try changing your videomode from NTSC to PAL, or vise versa

If running XBMC you can enable auto videomode switching. settings\video
If not use a tool called Enigmah Videomode SwitchDisk, then change the mode and do a pad reset.

Then It should work !

I have a PAL bloX running in NTSC mode, Fight Night Rd2 PAL default.xbe it will only launch in PAL mode, I expect the NTSC default.xbe will only launch in NTSC mode respectively. I think It only applies to EA Games.
