no, and that would be illegal

i was kinda looking for the same thing a couple of months ago, but at the moment its illegal*. there are no pso-server progs for GAMECUBE, but what you would be capable of is to reverse engeneer the DREAMCAST AND PC server prog and change some things so the cube version works too. its quite a job to get done, but any1 with reverse engeneer experience should try to do it.
