gta san Andreas not workin on hdd

i got a GTA san Andreas and i tryed to put it on my xbox hdd i uses dvd2xbox
but when u try to boot the game all it dose is go back to the dashboard
need some help also it wanst a pirated disc it was the original got it from walmart so i dont think it was pirated
need some help if any1 nos wat to do

I bet its your bios then mate!

Im running x2 4981 (customized) have been doing for a long time not had any problems with gta:Sa EvER.

Before i started using this bios, i (did) used to have a few problems with some backups not working, but that was years ago now lol

turn off in game reset and the debug thing to off (tsr?) name escapes me atm
